Culture People create culture in the struggle to transform nature, to raise their standard of living, to counteract hostile social forces and to establish harmonious social relations among men at economic, political, social and moral levels. It is the result of men's hard struggle against his environment, against everything that blocks his liberation or prevent his progress in society or ensure his welfare. Culture has a great variety of components.They are language, religion, education, moral and spiritual values, philosophy, traditions, way of life, science and technology, art forms, literature, etc. Culture has local, regional nad universal dimensions.Culture developments should operate at different levels. It means the preservation of local assets and its understanding, appreciation and adoption of universal values. Culture gives a sense of belonging and of identity.Moreover, it moulds the personality, is the basis of education, provides entertainment and accelerates the process of socialisation
